On November 23rd, 2020 from 14:00-16:00, CJBI conducted a webinar under the topic of "Human Resource Management in Emergency-Care your Organization" to promote the CJBI activities to the public as well as to build the capacity to its members. This session was provided by JICA Expert, Dr. YAMAZAKI Kyoko who has expertise in Human Resource Management. There were 67 participants including 4 CJBI members who attended the webinar. We received a lot of good feedback from the participants in this event. Moreover, Dr. Yamazaki offered her time to provide the consultation session to the CJBI members, which was conducted on December 21st, 24th and 25th, 2020. The purpose of conducting this event is to provide the opportunities for members to meet and discuss with experts on human resource management issues which they are facing in the business, and figure out how to solve those problems. Six companies received consultations by our expert. The participating companies have received many practical tips and solutions to tackle their current issues.
