The second session of Regional Seminar on Japan’s Longevity Company - the Secret to Overcoming the Crisis and Continuing Corporate Activities was successfully conducted on July 21, 2021 with the joint cooperation of three Japan centers - Cambodia-Japan Cooperation Center (CJCC), Laos-Japan Institute (LJI), and Vietnam-Japan Institute for Human Resource Development (VJCC) with CJBI as co-organizer as well as Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and Cambodia Women Entrepreneurs Association (CWEA) as supporters.

Our distinguished guest speaker, Mr. HIGUCHI Tomoo - President of Tenhiko Industrial, shared the importance of his company’s pivotal philosophy on the “Employee First Principle”, how the company has developed and managed the business in the region besides Japan, as well as what the company has overcome during the 147 years of operation.

In this session, there were around 230 participants from the three countries, and 58 of which were from Cambodia.
