CJBI hosted a successful seminar on December 13, 2023, under the topic “Unleashing Inner Motivation: Five Techniques You Can Use in Your Company”. The seminar was led by Mr. Masashi Yamanaka, a JICA expert with over ten years of experience in management consulting, organizational development, Kaizen, and training.

The seminar aimed to provide attendees with the fundamental principles and concepts of motivation, enabling them to recognize and enhance the intrinsic motivation of team members. Additionally, participants learnt five small but practical techniques for motivation in the workplace. The seminar incorporated interactive activities including group discussions, enjoyable ice-breaking, and relevant videos accompanied by soothing music to create a conducive atmosphere and maintain participants' focus.

Overall, the two-hour lecture with over 60 attendees was a huge success with enthusiastic participation of the participants and the lecturer's exceptional teaching skills. As an organizer, we are proud to offer such a great opportunity for attendees and we believe that investing in team motivation is crucial for the growth and success of any organization.
