Dr. KHIM Leang earned his PhD degree in 2005 in Biotechnological Research and Development from Ehime University in Japan where he spent 6 years, and then worked for 4.5 years (2005-2009) in the United Kingdom as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow. He started his work at Cambodia-Japan Cooperation Center (CJCC) in 2010 as the Manager of Business Training Department, and currently is the Director of the center and Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Engineering at Royal University of Phnom Penh. In addition to his research skills, he has broadened his leadership and managerial horizons in both academia and business through his active direct involvements in diverse activities and trainings including Leadership, HR Management, Entrepreneurship, Business Process Improvement, Total Quality Management and Knowledge Management and so on. With his rich academic and career background, he has much interest in sharing and exchanging his experiences and knowledge with the single aim of contributing to the capacity building and human resource development.
