The first phase of Techo International Airport (IATA Code KTI) construction, located in Kandal and Takeo provinces, is now 75.8 percent completed, Sinn Chansereyvutha, Under-Secretary of State at the State Secretariat of Civil Aviation (SSCA), said on Thursday.
