The project, offering digitized financial services to 89,600 youths in Cambodia, India, and Sri Lanka, was launched by a joint of collaboration between Silatech and Gojo & Company (Gojo) attempting to eliminate barriers in access to finance for young entrepreneurs, create income generation opportunities and promote financial inclusion and growth. By finding out that many young people in Cambodia, India and Sri Lanka are struggling to access credit facilities due to lack of proper documentation including collaterals, employment proof, the collaboration will bring digital solutions and financial solutions which will help young people to initiate and sustain their income generating enterprises. Through the collaboration, Managing Partner of Gojo, Arnaud Ventura, and CEO of Silatech, Hassan Al Mulla, believe that the project will help tackle youth unemployment in Southeast Asia and the globe.
