Cambodia’s export to RCEP countries rises to $6.34billion

The trade sector between Cambodia and RCEP countries has doubled number increase, the Ministry of Commerce said. By entering the new force area, Cambodia’s mega export to international market has significantly increased. Being one of the world supply chain and world’s trade bloc, Cambodia boost to export garments, footwear, electronic and electrical components and agriculture to RCEP countries and the other main trading partners. Prime Minister Hun Sen revealed that the mega trade pact boost the country more markets access and benefit the national economy. Another biggest achievement as an RCEP member, in the next 20 years the regional pact will eliminate 90 percent of the tariffs on goods traded among its signatories accordingly.
