Prime Minister Hun Sen has launched new effort for the growth of agriculture sector in order to build the fifth economic role in the northeast region of the country. As Phka Romdoul is among the best paddy in the country and market demand is high, the premier has introduced the rice paddy seedling transplanting equipment. Prime Minister Hun Sen also asked the officials to accelerate the development of a plan to recruit and assign agriculture officials to provide technical support to farmers in each commune across the nation.
