Through the meeting between the Minister of Tourism Thong Khon and the Japanese ambassador to Cambodia Ueno Atsushi, Cambodia and Japan commit to boost their bilateral tourism cooperation, urging for the resumption of Japanese airline company All Nippon Air ways’ (ANA) flight to Cambodia to facilitate the travel of tourists, businessmen and investors. The government of Japan has officially announced that all Cambodian tourists can apply for e-Visa online from February 27, 2023. Japan is dedicated to fostering greater tourism development cooperation, particularly to support the growth of human resources in the industry and to promote Cambodian travel to Japan in order to draw Japanese investors and visitors to the country.
