The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries celebrated World Food Day 2023 with the theme "Water is Life, Water is Food, Leave No One Behind" to highlight the role of agriculture in food security, welfare, and rural development. The theme emphasizes water management in the context of population growth, economic development, urbanization, and climate change. The government's agricultural policy aims to maintain production growth, economic efficiency, quality, and food safety, improving living standards. 1,600 commune agriculture officials will be deployed to maintain stable prices, organize communities, and food reserves.
