The Japan-Cambodia Association (JCA) President, Takahashi Fumiaki, announced that the organization will open an office in Phnom Penh on November 22, 2023, while leading a delegation to make a courtesy call on Dr. Sar Sokha, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior. When it opens in 2024, the office will serve as the center of gravity for encouraging investment in Cambodia. Sar Sokha greeted the JCA delegation and conveyed his appreciation for their assistance in fostering collaboration and encouraging Japanese investors to support the socioeconomic advancement of Cambodia.
