After the Royal Government provided rice seeds to 108 households impacted by the Stung Prek Tnaot flood, Deputy Governor Keut Chhe directed the Departments of Agriculture, Water Resources and Meteorology, and Kambol District Authority to focus on technical training and supply of water. He underlined the need of local authorities, notably Kambol district officials, keeping direct communication with the people in order to aid the people in creating large crops.
