Japanese company aims to increase import of cashew nuts and pepper from Cambodia

In a meeting with Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet, Imamura Masahiro, Chairman of the Japan-Cambodia Friendship Parliamentary Association, revealed that Japanese companies plan to increase imports of cashew nuts and pepper products from Cambodia. In cooperation with the Cambodian Embassy in Japan, the Parliamentary Alliance seeks to strengthen collaboration in critical sectors including demining, unexploded ordnance, agriculture, health, and energy. Premier Hun Manet said that the Royal Government's policy is to preserve the sustainability and consistency of current relations while praising the close friendship and advancement of cooperation in all areas.
