The National Employment Agency (NEA) in Cambodia registered 30,897 job seekers in 2023, connected them with 29,590 employers, and placed 6,547 of them in successful jobs. The organization arranged a number of events to disseminate employment information, such as workshops and job fairs for students attending universities, technical colleges, and vocational training centers. Hun Manet, the prime minister, highlighted the value of human capital in the country's economy, which aims to reach high income levels by 2050 and upper middle income levels by 2030.
