The Royal Government of Cambodia (RGC) spent $3.85 billion, the previous year to stimulate development in the country's northeast, integrating economic flow with the Cambodia-Laos-Vietnam triangle development area. The 13th Joint Coordination Committee (JCC) meeting was presided over by Cham Nimul, Minister of Commerce along with Nguyen Chi Dzung, Minister of Planning and Investment of Vietnam, and Khamjane Vongphosy, Minister of Planning and Investment of Lao PDR. The three countries agreed to complete the draft Master Plan for Socio-Economic Development in the CLV-DTA up to 2030 and submit it to the 12th CLV-DTA Summit in late 2024. The meeting was one of the processes of the three-country CLV DTA framework, which was founded in 1999 in Vientiane, Lao PDR.
