The bank's loan portfolio grew by 21% to USD 7.77 billion, primarily driven by lending to SMEs and corporate entities. The bank's stakeholder, the National Bank of Canada, increased its share capital from USD 660 million in 2022 to USD 1.10 billion by the end of 2023. The bank's total assets increased by 27%, reaching USD 11.48 billion by the end of 2023. The bank's net profit soared to USD 276.48 million, reflecting its prudent financial stewardship. ABA Bank's commitment to Cambodia was highlighted by contributing USD 70.29 million in taxes on profits to the state budget in 2023.
