Siem Reap Angkor Int’l Airport to host more flights

In the past 3 months, the Siem Reap-Angkor International Airport (SAI) senior officer overseeing flight development, Pich Sopontara, stated that the airport has hosted 50 flights daily including both local and international flights from 15 cities in 8 countries. More international flights from China and 4 Asean countries including Brunei, Indonesia, Myanmar, and the Philippines. The State Secretariat of Civil Aviation (SSCA) has already granted permission for IndiGo Airlines to operate flights from New Delhi to Siem Reap.
