Royal Group Phnom Penh SEZ (RGPPSEZ) has announced the issuance of a KHR 41 billion (approx. $10 million) green bond in its first tranche, guaranteed by the Credit Guarantee and Investment Facility (CGIF), a trust fund of the Asian Development Bank (ADB).
