The Ministry of Labor and the Cambodia-Japan Business Association (JBAC) Tuesday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on internship cooperation to expand the opportunity for human resource development to strengthen capacity and productivity to serve the labour market in Cambodia.
