The National Bank of Cambodia (NBC) and the Banco Central de Timor-Leste (BCTL), Monday signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to jointly strengthen technical skills for officers on the banking operation, payment networks, digital innovation, supervision procedures, financial environment and human capital.
