The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) project for small farmers in Cambodia exceeded its objectives. The Accelerating Inclusive Markets for Smallholders (AIMS) project is financed by IFAD, along with the Royal Government of Cambodia as well as participating farmers and the private sector.
