International magazine Global Finance has rated the governance of National Bank of Cambodia’s (NBC) Governor Chea Serey an “A-” for an exemplary role in curbing inflation in Cambodia and helping the country meet its economic growth goals. The magazine rated NBC Governor Serey as leading “one of the most effective Central Banks” in 2024 globally.
