Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) has been championed by the highest levels of the Cambodian state as well as a myriad of international donors and development partners, who correctly understand it to be a cornerstone of Cambodia’s National Strategic Development Plan, Sustainable Development Goals commitments and efforts to become an upper middle-income country.
