On Saturday, January 18, 2025, CJBI successfully conducted a seminar on “Buidling Stronger Organizations: Through Change Management by Fostering Organizational Culture and Inclusion”, lectured by Dr. Kyoko Yamazaki, a specially appointed professor at Rikkyo University, Graduate School of Business Adminsitration. 
With her experiences in the related-industry, she shared her insights and knowledge on change management with a particular focus on building organizational culture through presentations, group discussions, and real-life examples.
