Vongsey Vissoth, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister in charge of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Tuesday unveiled the Kampong Thom tourism development plan to enhance the daily lives of its residents by increasing income, creating more jobs, generating new employment opportunities, and diversifying the province’s economic growth base beyond agriculture and agro-industry.
