1.5M TVET, a human resources development programme initiated by the Royal Government to offer training for 1.5 million youth belonging to low-income households in the Kingdom is transforming the country’s skills training segment, La Vibol, Under-Secretary at the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training said on Wednesday.
