The Royal Government of Cambodia (RGC) raised over $28 million from local investors through the issuance of sovereign bonds in the first quarter (Q1) of the current year, according to the Cambodian Public Debt Statistical Bulletin released on Friday by the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF).
