Fifteen percent of garment factories in the Kingdom are facing operational uncertainty or a possible shutdown and have orders only for a few more weeks, a survey conducted by Better Factories Cambodia (BFC) in collaboration with the International Labour Organisation and International Finance Corporation has revealed.
