The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF) and People in Need Organization in Cambodia Monday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen collaboration on the “Advancing Sustainability in the Cambodian Agri-Food System’ (ASCA) project.
