The EU Delegation to Cambodia, the German Embassy in Cambodia, and the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries (MAFF) officially launched a Training of Trainers (ToT) on July 17, focusing on building capacity among Commune Agriculture Officers (CAOs) and key farmers to enhance climate-resilient cashew and pepper production.
