The Ministry of Public Works and Transport (MPWT) and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) on Friday held a meeting to discuss a feasibility study aimed at upgrading National Road 1 (NR1) and constructing a new Mekong River bridge to improve trade connectivity.
