The Ministry of Post and Telecommunications (MPTC) Wednesday held a technical consultation meeting on the ‘Draft Monitoring and Evaluation Framework of the Cambodia Digital Economy and Society Policy Framework 2021-2035’, in Phnom Penh, to develop a comprehensive and effective legal framework towards the successful building of the digital economy.
