The Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction (MLMUPC) and the Ministry of Public Works and Transport (MPWT) Wednesday signed an MoU to boost construction quality, enhance technical capacity and strengthen investment confidence in Cambodia’s infrastructure sector.
