Cambodia requires a total investment of $3.25 billion to strengthen its river transport network and water logistics system, with 23 river transport projects set to be launched under the Comprehensive Intermodal Transport and Logistics System (CITLS) 2023-2033 master plan, according to the First Half Progress Report 2025 released on Monday.
