Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF) officials Wednesday encouraged farmers to diversify their crops by shifting part of their cassava cultivation to cashews, noting that cashew is an industrial crop with strong domestic and international market potential and offers greater sustainability than cassava.
