The Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology (MOWRAM) and the Australian Embassy in Cambodia yesterday pledged to deepen cooperation to improve water governance policies, aiming to bolster climate resilience and respond to increasing demand from the agricultural and industrial sectors.
