Sar Sokha, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, has issued a firm call for enhanced cooperation between banking institutions, microfinance institutions (MFIs), and the Ministry of Interior to curb the rising wave of telephone and social media fraud in Cambodia.
