The Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology (MOWRAM) yesterday officially launched a $240 million project to strengthen climate resilience, modernise irrigation systems and improve rural livelihoods across Kandal, Kampong Speu, Kampong Chhnang and Pursat provinces.
