Despite the suspension of all border crossings with Thailand, Sinn Chanserey Vutha, Secretary of State and Spokesperson of the State Secretariat of Civil Aviation (SSCA), yesterday reaffirmed to Khmer Times that flights between Phnom Penh and Siem Reap to Bangkok remain fully operational for all passengers.
