The National Bank of Cambodia (NBC) and the Bank of the Lao PDR (BOL) Friday launched the second phase of cross-border QR code payments, allowing Lao tourists and customers visiting Cambodia to scan KHQR codes via their mobile banking applications with zero transaction fees.
