Thirteen investment projects valued at approximately $660 million in Cambodia’s northeastern region are set to begin implementation in early 2026 under the Special Programme to Promote Investment in the Four Northeastern Provinces 2025-2028 (SPIN Programme), according to a statement released yesterday.
