Fish harvest this year has increased by around 10 percent compared to 2024, due to improved natural resource management, the protection of Tonle Sap Lake from land encroachment, and the preservation of flooded forests that serve as critical spawning habitats for diverse fish species, an official from the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF) said.
