The Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) Tuesday confirmed that Cambodia’s public financial system remains resilient, with the 2025 report showing improved revenue, disciplined spending, and stronger accountability even as the Public Financial Management (PFM) Reform Program reached its final stage.
