The Ministry of Public Works and Transport (MPWT) and the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism of Japan (MLIT) Monday organised a meeting to discuss the preliminary report of a research study aimed at improving and upgrading Cambodia’s railway sector.
