The Intellectual Property Association of Cambodia (IPAC) called for stronger national capacity in patents and intellectual property (IP) enforcement, proposing closer cooperation with the Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology & Innovation (MISTI) to build a pool of patent professionals and better support technology transfer and investment.
