The Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training (MLVT) and the Asian Development Bank (ADB) have agreed to expand cooperation to advance Cambodia’s technical and vocational education and training (TVET) sector, aiming to better align workforce skills with the Kingdom’s rapidly evolving economic structure and labour market demands.
