The Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) yesterday issued a notice placing the 10 percent value-added tax (VAT) on diesel and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) at the state’s expense from April 1, while outlining specific invoicing and reporting measures for importing and distributing enterprises.
